- You are responsible for ensuring your project doesn't infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Matthew Clark and HTX3D are not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property issues
What This Means
If you ask me to print something, you're telling me you have the right to do so. Examples of things I cannot print:
- ❌ Disney characters (copyrighted)
- ❌ Brand logos without permission (trademarked)
- ❌ Movie/TV show props that are copyrighted
- ❌ Patented products
- ❌ Currency or weapons
If I suspect something might be copyrighted, I reserve the right to decline the job.

Best Effort

Changes
- If a project becomes more complex than expected, we'll discuss it

4. Turnaround Time

7. Liability

As a hobbyist service:

Use at Your Own Risk
- 3D printed items have limitations
- Don't use for critical applications (medical, safety, structural)
- Laser-cut items may have sharp edges
- Heat-pressed apparel: follow care instructions
8. Prohibited Items
I will not make:

- ❌ Items for illegal activities
- ❌ Currency or government documents
- ❌ Copyrighted/trademarked items without proof of rights
- ❌ Items that could cause harm
- ❌ Anything that makes me uncomfortable
9. Project Acceptance
I Reserve the Right to:
- Decline any project for any reason
- Request proof of copyright/trademark ownership
- Cancel a project if issues arise
- Refuse service to anyone
No Hard Feelings
If I decline a project, it's nothing personal. I'm just protecting myself and staying legal.
