1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

What This Means

If you ask me to print something, you're telling me you have the right to do so. Examples of things I cannot print:

• ❌ Disney characters (copyrighted)
• ❌ Brand logos without permission (trademarked)
• ❌ Movie/TV show props that are copyrighted
• ❌ Patented products
• ❌ Currency or weapons

If I suspect something might be copyrighted, I reserve the right to decline the job.

2. Service Limitations

Hobbyist Service

• This is a hobby business, not a professional manufacturing service
• I'm learning and improving my skills
• Results may vary
• No guarantees on perfection

Best Effort

• I'll do my best to deliver quality work
• If something doesn't turn out right, I'll try to make it right
• Communication is key - let's talk if there are issues

3. Pricing & Payment

Fair & Honest

• Prices based on materials, time, and complexity
• Quotes provided before work begins
• No hidden fees
• Payment details discussed per project

Changes

• If a project becomes more complex than expected, we'll discuss it
• You won't be charged extra without agreement

4. Turnaround Time

Realistic Expectations

• I'll give you an estimated completion time
• This is a hobby business, so times may vary
• I'll communicate if delays happen
• Rush jobs may cost extra

5. File Handling

Your Files

• Files you send me are yours
• I won't share your designs without permission
• I may keep files for reprints/fixes only
• Ask me to delete files after completion if you want

Privacy

• Your contact info stays private
• I won't sell or share your information
• See contact page for data handling details

6. Quality & Returns

No Guarantees, But...

• I want you to be happy with the result
• If something goes wrong on my end, I'll try to fix it
• Major issues: we'll figure out a fair solution
• Minor imperfections: that's part of hobbyist 3D printing

Communication

• Send photos if there's an issue
• Let's talk before leaving bad reviews
• I'll work with you to resolve problems

7. Liability

Limited Liability

As a hobbyist service:

• I'm not liable for copyright issues from your designs
• I'm not liable for how you use the finished products
• I'm not liable for products used in commercial applications
• I'm not liable for injuries from improper use

Use at Your Own Risk

• 3D printed items have limitations
• Don't use for critical applications (medical, safety, structural)
• Laser-cut items may have sharp edges
• Heat-pressed apparel: follow care instructions

8. Prohibited Items

I will not make:

• ❌ Weapons or weapon parts
• ❌ Items for illegal activities
• ❌ Currency or government documents
• ❌ Copyrighted/trademarked items without proof of rights
• ❌ Items that could cause harm
• ❌ Anything that makes me uncomfortable

9. Project Acceptance

I Reserve the Right to:

• Decline any project for any reason
• Request proof of copyright/trademark ownership
• Cancel a project if issues arise
• Refuse service to anyone

No Hard Feelings

If I decline a project, it's nothing personal. I'm just protecting myself and staying legal.

10. Changes to Terms

Updates

• These terms may change as the business grows
• I'll update the date below when changes are made
• Continued use means you accept the changes

11. Texas Law

This is a Texas business, so Texas law applies. We're all reasonable people though, so let's resolve any issues through conversation first.
